Conditions for Order Acceptance

Halo21 is a business unit operated by Halo21 which serves as the official and exclusive distributor of Halo21 products in Canada.

An order confirmation email signifies only that your order request has been received, not that Halo21 has accepted the order. Halo21 retains the sole discretion to decline any customer transaction or to impose limitations on the quantities of items ordered, at any point and without prior notification. Furthermore, Halo21 may, at its discretion, conduct identity and credit verification checks on clients before an order is accepted and fulfilled.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Requests for order cancellation or modification must be submitted within 24 hours of the original order placement. Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation or alteration. Should an order be shipped before a cancellation request is processed, you may return the item in accordance with our 10-day return policy. It is important to note that all products designated as "Final Sale" are exempt from returns or exchanges.

Applicable Legal Guarantees

This sale is subject to the legal guarantees outlined in the Civil Code of British Columbia and the Consumer Protection Law, specifically those pertaining to hidden defects and the fitness for use of sold goods. These statutory guarantees apply concurrently with this sale.

These legal guarantees shall not in any way diminish or supersede any manufacturer's guarantee that may be applicable to the purchased goods.
