RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want every customer to enjoy a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please review our policy before placing your order.

General Information

  • Prices and promotions apply only to new purchases. We do not offer price adjustments on previous orders or deliveries already in progress.

  • Any available discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

Returns

  • You have 10 days from receiving your product to request a return or exchange.

  • Pre-authorization is required for all returns.

  • Please contact us for instructions before sending back your merchandise.

Return Requirements

  • Returned items must be:

  • Postmarked within 10 days of receipt.

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.

  • In original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and proof of purchase.

  • Accompanied by a copy of your receipt and a note explaining the reason for return.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please contact us within 24 hours if your order arrives damaged. This timeframe is essential for insurance purposes.

  • We will arrange to repair or replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you.

  • Upon delivery, inspect the packaging and items immediately.

    • Note any visible damage on the packaging or delivery paperwork.

    • You may refuse delivery if the damage appears severe.

  • To process your claim:

    • Email 1 to 3 low-resolution photos (including one of the shipping box) to info@Halo21.ca.

    • Keep all original packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • A 15% restocking and refurbishing fee applies to open-box or damaged items.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned product arrives and passes inspection at our warehouse.

  • Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing your refund.

Exclusions

  • Final sale and special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
