Shipping Information

Shipping rates are calculated based on:
- The recipient’s address
- The item’s weight and size
- The selected shipping method
The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your order.
Additional charges may apply for remote areas; you will be notified if this affects your order.
We do not deliver to Yukon, the Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.

Standard Shipping: We'll drop off your order at your address, no signature needed. They might leave it at your door, so try to be there or have someone get it for you.
Shipping with Signature Confirmation: We'll deliver to your address, but someone needs to sign for it. This means they won't leave it at your door, keeping it more secure.
Priority Shipping: This gets your order ready super fast and picked up by the carrier on the same or next weekday. Like signature confirmation, you'll need to sign for it when it arrives.

Please provide a valid shipping address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your order.
P.O. boxes cannot be used for shipping, though they are acceptable for billing addresses.
When making a purchase, ensure you or an authorized person are available at the address on the delivery day to receive the package safely.
